well my 80 gig w/  500 hdd has been acting alittle funny as of late, so i grabbed a slim 320. i have 260gigs worth of data on my old ps3, and 290 gigs of storage on the new one. i deactivated all my accounts on the 80, synced my trophies, turned both off, connected my ethernet cable, turned them on and started the transfer.it took forever to get goin, but eventunally did; the pace of transfer was really inconsistant, and now im at 53%, with  5hrs left,  problem is, i have been there for the last 2 hrs. with no sign of tranfer i can cancel the transfer but what will that do to the source ps3. or should i just keeping on waitin hoping for a change?

Wait for some more hours. they occasionally get stuck but will start again.

 

* This is true, it can take some time for the transfer to take place and it can linger on a percentage for some time. The best thing is to wait and it should continue as normal, and the overall process time depends on the amount of data going across.
