My playstation has been freezinh alot lately so i decided to take the game disk out, and now my playstation will not suck disks in an will not load the disk that is now stuck inside.

Most PS3 models have the ability to recover a trapped disk.  You can follow the steps in this guide to recover your disk. 

You can also contact PlayStation Support to discuss your replacement options.

Hi SFZ, the solution above does not seem to work for me ... Are there any other methods I could use to recover my disc?

Do you have one of the compatible models?

Your other options would be to contact PlayStation Support who can recover the disk if you opted for a replacement unit.

Other then that you could dismantle the console but this would void any warranty you have and could be a bit tricky so I would not advise this.

hi this is more to complain to sony i've had my playstation less than 9 months and found this morning my discs are not ejecting properly there gettin caught on the way out, yeah i still have my receipt and hopefully can take it back but its not the point i'm going to loose all my saved data and this product has been out long enough now for use to get this product right and this is not from my own knowledge my friend has had 2 replace his 3 times in the past 2 years and he has only replaced them because he's lost his receipt and there is nowhere to complain on here is this because u'd get so many??????
