Downloaded game not working

 Hi my name is Mike. I just downloaded Warhammer 40 000 and when I go to install it gets aorund 7% and says error and to contact technical support. The error code is 80029564. If i am in the wrong place, is there a # to call ?

The file is corrupted, delete it & download again.
