not having this before i only experience this in battlefield 3 dlc then now max payne seriously wth is this

This error requires a visit to safe mode to fix. Click this link to get a guide to entering Safe Mode.

 Once you're in safe mode choose "Restore File System" and see if that resolves it for you.
