Euro 2012 add on for Fifa- not working?

I purchased the euro 2012 for fifa 12 but i cant access it for some reason. When i click the icon on the game it says “owned“ but i don't know where to go from there. Any suggestions?

Hi guys,

 

With the add- on you need to make sure you also download the trial version/ game pack (as well as the full unlock). You then go into your Fifa 12 game and the option should be in there.

I'm havin problems too. Can't play online. Every time I lose connection as the stadium loads up. So annoying. Have no problem with normal game. Please help!
