i have today purchased Euro 2012 on ps3, but cannot find it on the ps3, where is it and how do i get to play it?????????????  the system has confirmed that i have purchased it.

Check your download List, you may well have forgotten to download it. You can find the Download List as one of the little icons in the top right of PlayStation Store

Is that the add on for FIFA 12 because you will need a copy of FIFA 12 to play it.

We've purchased the Euro 2012 on ps3 today as well, at about 5pm, and we cannot find it either. 

We have the Fifa 12 game but cannot find the Euro 2012 in the menu even though it said that we have definitely purchased it.  We have tried downloading again from the store and it says that it has downloaded 100% but it is not there when we look in the game!  Any ideas?

Have u tried downloading the trial add on first then the paid add on.

Finally got it to work, you have to download the free trial game first. The one you buy just unlocks the parts that don't work on the trial.

Usually you'll know these are unlocks when the download is 100kb. The spiel describing the game usually tells you this.

Where in the conformation email is the code to activate it?

You don't need a code. We bought the game for £15.99 and downloaded it, but it would not work. We found out this was because it is a only a key to unlock the free trial game. When we then downloaded the free trial the game worked.
