Hello

I was wondering if I could get my pass back because recently my ps3 had to be restored and lost my auto login which had my pass. I was young when I made my psn and put an incorrect DoB. Is it possible to get my pass? P.S I don't have a credit card on my account as I used PSN cards. BTW this is a new account.

Unfortunately if you have entered incorrect details when creating your SEN account then it is unlikely that you will be able to recover it.

Have you made any purchases on the account?

Yes i have. I have downloadable content for a fair few games. Why?

If you are able to provide Sony with your recent transaction history and prove it via a bank statement and receipts etc then you may be able to use those to verify your identity by giving them a call.

(It'll take longer to get back in, if at all as you aren't able to provide the correct DoB)

Well I have emails from the the store that show recent things I have purchased, Would they help?

Usually they would ask you for the bank statement of the card from which you made the purchases on the store, rather than the emails.

You may be able to request a statement from your bank if you don't use paper billing
