I have the same problem. I bought 2 packs buy mistake and both wont work, Why??????

any suggestions?

Hi 

 

I have bought the GT 5 complete package and the second package on the 28 December/ 

 

No suddenly my complete package is gone and GT 5 show at car list I have to reinstall the package... 

 

on the PS store it shows in the history that I bought both packages but only packlage 2 shows on the download list...

 

When I select complete package again I need to rebuy it or it show that it is not availalble in region...

Do you have all the latest updates for the game and the free packs from the store (the family pack in particular)?

I did have the same problem. For me installing the family pack also worked. What i am wondering about though is the following.

 

There are only 2 Family Packs, one for the cars, and one for the tracks. What about the other content? Since i've bought the total pack. I didn't checked earlier though about the acquired paint etc...

try family pack   it worked for me

Purchased the Gran turismo 5 complete pack on 09/01/2012, on thursday 19/01/12 I  notice it said reinstall, I downloaded the family pack as advised by other members and it works now, great.

After downloading content did you try going to the main menu of gt5 to the very right is download content (in-game) and installing from there worked for me
