Games download from playstore

If I purchase a game from sony playstore and download it on my PS3 drive, and somehow if it doesn't install with error code like xx8xxxxxx. Will I be able to download the same game again for free or I ll have to pay again to download?

Once you've bought the game it's yours and it will appear in your downloads list.

Just to add to this once you have paid for an item you can redownload it at any time without paying again.

 

So delete the download and redownload it and see if it installs.
