I purchased -Grand Theft Auto: Lost and Dammed through online Sony store on 2nd Nov. 2011. After downloading and installing. I am not able to see the icon / game after installing.

Please help me in installing again so I can enjoy the game.

It's DLC, so you require Grand Theft Auto IV to play it.

Since it's the DLC form and not disc it requires the original GTAIV disc to play unfortunately theres no fix for it
