Help! I forgot my password.

The other day I reseted my PS3  settings to default, which caused my PSN auto login to be erased. I've tried to log in typed in every possible combination of passwords which I could have fought of but I still get the message saying that what I've entered is incorrect. I also tried clicking on Forgoten Password link which asks me to enter my email and veritify my date of birth. And you see here is the problem when I made my accound I didn't insert correct date of birth (I was a young and did everything quick). So to restart the password I need to enter the DoB which I don't know.

 

What should I do?

 

P.S. This is a new account which I made just today so that I can ask for help ...

Hi FllisPL,

 

If you have forgotten your password and some of your sign in details, the only option you can really do is to contact the PlayStation Support Line.

 

If you have not purchased anything on the account, you can of course create a new one. However with purchases on there contacting the Support line is the best option. The Network Team will be able to verify the details you are looking for. They may need proof of ownership of the account and if you cannot recall some of the information they may request a card statement from the card used to make purchases on the account.
