I was having trouble downloading the 4.11 system update on my console so i used a thumb drive to do it from my computer, whihc made it go soooo fast. I was wonderign if there is a way to do that with game updates. I am trying to download the little big planet 2 game update(s) becuase i just got it and it took about 20 minutes just to get through 1/7. so downloading all 7 would take forever. any help is appreciated.

No, sorry. You could try using a wired connection or a remote-wired solution like homeplugs as either will probably give you faster speeds.

What is a remote wired solution and how do i go about doing this? My router is too far away to be directly wired

If you do a web search for homeplugs they will give you wired connection over your home wiring.
