I am trying to buy I am alive for £8.50 but it's still showing as £11.99 at checkout.  I shows it advertised at the special price.  Also what is sonys customer support email for psn issues as I can't find it anywhere for the UK.

Nope its for normal users. Normaly they would pay 9.99.
