Ok we have a definate problem here.

It hasn't worked for me all week since the update. 

I was playing around with it on Thursday evening to try and sort it, but in the end set it for 4am - 6am. It didn't turn on overnight into Friday, and it's not turned on overnight into today so it's clearly not working.

I know it's not working as my Splinter Cell saves have not been uploaded (yes, I selected it to be saved to the online storage) and downloads haven't moved % since last night or the night before.

Come on Sony, don't have another fault you don't sort! This was one of the main reasons I paid £40 for another 15 months!

same issue for me too. the reason I paid for plus is because I have 2 consoles, a Fat for home and a slim to take with me as I travel for work every week. I use the online saves for using the save game on both consoles. It was already annoying that only 1 console at a time can be set to autoupdate, this would be even worse if it took 2 days to take effect. I can comfirm I used to for example: at 13:30, set one of the consoles to update during the 12:00-14:00 slot. As soon as I switched off at 13:31 the console would reboot and check for updates. There was no 2 day delay to take affect. Now nothing happens, even after 2 days....

Sorry to hear that jiandrews. The same problem for me too.

Might be worth us and others who are having the problem to post what console we have and date/time settings. Just to see if there's a pattern.

People have said that they go and set their auto slot, and it it does it the same day. I'm wondering if it's because I have the time set to manual.

I have the same problem. No auto-updates now and I've waited the whole week.

I think the feature has been busted by the latest firmware. I have checked that everything is set to on, and my Plus membership is up to date.

I have a 160gb phat ps3, joined PS+ a few weeks ago but only switched on the auto-updates after firmware 3.70.
I've only played two bluray games this week (GT5 and NFSHP), both of which have updates available and neither of them has been auto-updated. I have also chosen to back-up saves for half a dozen games and so far my 'online storage' folder is still empty.
Hopefully this will be fixed for everyone soon.
It would also be great if some sort of a log file was created every time the auto-update performs it's function, then we could check it to see what's actually being done.

I rang Sony and they don't have a clue! He referred to a 'Product Specialist' who said to go to remote play settings and enable that lol - I said I don't have a PSP so it won't work and he said he didn't know what else to suggest and maybe give it a few more days.

I would urge everyone to call Sony and advise you're having this problem because it's only then they will take note.

Have you all got your date/time settings to 'update via internet' or 'update manually'?

Same problem, after the 370 update, i stopped receiving game patches. Now I dont get the patches, the savegame upload or trophies syncs. I had the frame for updates at 10-12 am but now isnt working at any
