Set my update time to the middle of the night after the latest update and it downloaded a patch, uploaded some save games and synced trophies.

Hopefully it's now back to normal and will keep working!

Yeah I installed Plants vs Zombies last night and it asked me before I wanted to play if i wanted to sync the saves, to which I chose yes. This AM it downloaded a patch and synced Plant vs Zombie saves but still has not done so on any of my other games, PSN or Bluray... Very annoying...

You have to play the games and enable the auto upload save option. Or press triangle on the games and change the auto upload option .

Played Wipeout HD yesterday, disabled and re-enabled the auto-save feature... my saves are not on the cloud...

My automatic update didn't work today, at first i thought the issues with this feature  were resolved but there apparently not resolved. Maybe i just need to give it some time.

It only runs every other day.

it used to run every day. 

to be honest, i don't think that the issue is solved.

furthermore, with fw 3.72, the bt headsets of two of my friends stopped working.

PS: i'm gonna buy a XBOX today. it's funny how fast things can go from "ps ftw" to "ps? never ever!"

Automatic save game back up seems to overwrite the save game in the cloud, even if data in the cloud is newer.

Last weekend, I downloaded my DOTP 2012 save game to my sister's PS3, played, then uploaded the new data to the cloud (all the time using my account). When I got home, as soon as I connected my PS3's power plug it noticed that it had missed its scheduled auto update and turned on. One of the things it decided to do was replace the save data I had uploaded from my sister's PS3 with the old one.

Sorry if this has been reported before: couldn't find a tool to search this thread. Also, it's possible that the above is just an user error (maybe I screwed up uploading the save game), but I don't think so.

I think this issue hasn't been solved for me either. Played several games on the 26th (save files were modified) so they should've been uploaded on the 27th between 4 and 6 AM. Instead, looking at my save files in the cloud today, it tells me that the files were uploaded on the 28th / today (around 5 AM).

I could swear that the Automatic Downloads feature (before 3.70) used to run every day. So either it's not fixed or SCE forgot to tell us that Automatic Updates (after 3.70) is meant to run every other day. On the other hand, I cannot remember SCE telling us that this feature should run every day.

I guess I'll toy around with the console's recovery options (rebuild database, reset system configuration, etc) again. Let's see how this works out.
