Also for those who are having issues with it not working still, I would sync the clock with Online again via the 'Date and Time Settings' and also turn 'Daylight Savings Time' on. Sometimes even if the clock has been synced before the time can change after a short period.

Try that and see if it works.

Hey, 

I've been having problems with the saved data auto upload feature. Been playing Uncharted 2 lately. I had the auto upload feature enabled. Saved and quit the game at Chapter 3. The next day I wanted to continue the game, but found that the save game had been reverted to somewhere in Chapter 2 - lost treasures and Tropies as well. Hmm, glitch I thought, or that I had forgot to save the game. Well I continued and saved and quit again at Chapter 12. Today I wanted to continue, guess what...save game reverted to Chapter 3. All trophies lost, all treasures, all the hours...all lost.

How the Hell can it delete my trophies? I can see how it can choose to overwrite the local saved game file with data from the online storage (or something like that), but delete the trophies - I don't get it. I thought that once you've gotten a trophy, it's mapped to your account for ever. Could you please look into this? This really is unacceptable! And please! Find a backup of my saved game and mail it to me please. I would like to continue my game and not have to play the same chapters for many many many hours, all because I have made the decision to have a PlayStation Plus account.

It only copies to the Online storage, not from it.
