Just realised a qucik tweak to XMB would make a BIG difference

Well my 7 year old phat died so I bought a new slim, just before the Phat died I copied all of my game saves etc to PS+, it took AGES as I had to upload each save manually and then when I wanted to put the games back on the new slim I had to download 1 at a time - thats a lot of files in 7 years (1020+), I had to  select each download, select download, then select download in background, for each game.

With the 4.20 upgrade an option has been added to allow multiple saves to be selected in one go, but ONLY on a per game basis, it would be MUCH better if you could select each game save and each download, then let it run overnight, is this possible Sony?

As a side note I discovered that once you download all your stuff again, if you start a game installation, then select to turn off the PS3, it will allow you to select an option named "shut down after download is complete" (no idea why it says download, when you are actually reinsatlling everything), so you CAN install all your stuff, 1 item after another automatically, but you still have to download each game and each save 1 at a time!! - come on Sony sort this out please!!

Please use plain text.

As this option is for pending or in-progress downloads from PS Store, you can add numerous items to the download queue, and the PS3 will work through them before shutting down.
