Moving saves to another user on the machine moved downloaded games

I have a main account which I used to download my 4 free games which came with the 160Gb PS3.  Last night I moved one of the saves to another user account on the PS3 and all the downloaded games moved to that account also.  I was able to download them all again to main account.  Is this a bug?  Has anyone else seen this?

No, its not a bug. Your able to re-download any game you bought on the PS Store a maximum of 5 times provided your signed in to the Playstation Network.

I think you misunderstood.  I know you can download the games to a number of accounts, but why did the games move when I just moved the saves?

The games are saved to the PS3, not the account.  As has been said, our PSN fair usage policy states that you can download an item to a maximum of 5 different machines.

 

However, some games which have account restrictions will not allow access when logged into another PSN account.
