Can't download vertex map for mw3 keeps coming up missing or damaged down load so won't let me play elite games

Go on to the store (from the XMB) search for elite july drops (using the search function in the top right corner of the store), select the Elite July Drops file that DOESN'T have the region at the end (EN, FR etc)

Confirm the "purchase" and then download the Elite July Drops EN file(s).

done that and it still will not let me on to the elite maps,still saying have not got the map pack help

So you have downloaded them but you're getting a message saying you don't have them?

Go to Spec Ops mode and make sure you have all these listed :

Then go to multiplayer and set up a private match, in the map options check if all these are listed :
