My PS3 Slim doesn't want to load discs of any kind or eject them

I have a PS3 Slim CECH-2001A

 

It doesn't want to takes any discs in or Eject them I can push the disc in but it wont go in automatically or eject. My ps3 also wont Load any Demos or Games I got off the Playstation store and any disc based games, And when I turned it on today to see If it would take discs in it wanted to install an update it down loaded it but It couldn't install, it gave me this error code twice: 8002F14E I've had this PS3 for almost two years I've had two more that broke on me too I don't drop the console or leave it on overnight Please help.

Have you tried any ps3 safe mode options?

My PS3 is stuck on the Install update screen it gets half way and gives me the same error. I`'ve restarted it a few times it just keeps on trying to install.

If your problem is resolved let me know.I think i have the same isue here.none of my bluerays are reading at all.It could be this naff 4.20 update.If it is it has damaged my hardware and i am not buying any new ps3.
