My ps3 won't save pictures from the internet?!

Okay so I bought my PS3 back in like 2007 or 2008, I've had no problems with it whatsoever up until a couple months ago when the disc drive broke, so I sent it in to get it fixed, and now ever since I've gotten my PS3 back from Sony, it won't save pictures from the internet! I.E. Facebook, photobucket etc., etc., and I keep getting a message that says "An eorror occured during the download operation (80710A06)"
Does ANYBODY know how to fix this?! Its really starting to make me mad!
