Hey, I got a new PlayStation 3 today after my old one got they yellow light of death. With the new Playstation I got Fifa 12, I tried to enter the code to play it online but it said that there are already 5 consoles which have my account activated. Is there a way to deactivate some online?

You should be able to deactivate all consoles here: linky by signing into Account Management and choosing it in one of the menus. This can only be done once every 6 months though. Content purchased now will also only activate on 2 PS3's.
