PLAYSTATION 3D TV WILL NOT TURN ON!!

I have the playstation 3d display TV and it is connected to my ps3 with the ps3 3d hdmi.  Usually when you turn on the ps3 it will automatically start up the TV.  Now it won't turn it on and when I turn the TV on manually it will show the usual blue light but then it will go green and then blink red.  I have tried many different power outlets so I know it isn't that.  Please help me figure out why my TV will not turn on.

Have you tried resetting the video output settings?
