PS One disc & classic save files?

Hey!

I have a pretty epic Final Fantasy VI save I've been building on every now n then :smileyhappy: I've been playing the actual disc version of the game and I was wondering...

 

If I bought the game off the store, would the same save file still be usable?


So... When the PSOne support for Vita goes live, I can use that save file on the go too? (Speculation :smileyhappy: )

No, the digital file and the discs save would be separate.

They may be compatible actually as they're PSOne games. However I'd be inclined to say they won't to save you disappointment.
