PS3 Auto Ejecting

Everytime i insert a game into my PS3 it starts to load the disc and then the ps3 auto ejects the disc, it only started happening recently i would like to contact Sony but i cant seem to find any email address' for them and its starting to ***** me off. 

 

If anyone could tell me what has happened or give me an email for Sony that would be much appreciated.
