hello, i was playing a game on the ps3 and it pused and then the ps3 restarted by it self, now i need to install the version 4.11 again. i install it and all that but now again i a black screen it tells me "cannot start.

the correct hard ***** was not found", what can i do now on this situation, thanks

Hey, try starting your PS3 in recovery mode and then choose option 3 - all the info is in the link below, although it's worth highlighting that there could be implications in choosing the wrong option.

It's usually a good idea to back up any saved data/media just in case something goes wrong, either onto a USB stick or external HDD, but that may not be possible on this occasion
