If none of them work and you have no way of getting into the system then it's going to need replaced are you under your warranty? (had the PS3 < a year)

Replacements are free under a year, over a year and Sony charge £130 for them.

A third party may be able to fix it for less, though a reputable one is best. Expect that to be around £40-£80 dependant on the exact issue.

GAME, GameStation and other similar stores may be able to repair it. It depends on the shops in your area.

Have you tried the options in the hidden menu?

There is an article on how to access it here, the title is display reset but it will still take you to the hidden menu where there are lots of other options.
