As of 9th june at 6:12pm uk time. i cannot log in to the psn network. and when i do it comes up with error 8071053D. did a connection test and tells me PSN FAILLED. So is there mainatance or something.

Yeah I've got the same problem too. If it is maintanence Sony sure knows how to pick the dates and times.

8071053D - Hard boot the PS3, turn off the PS3 to stand-by, flip off the back swtich and remove the power cord. Then shut off your modem/router, for about 5 mintues, then turn the modem back up first and let it sync, then turn the router back on(if using one) and let it sycn. Reconnect your power cable and flip the back swtich up again. Then make a new network connnection.

slaps all the liers who say they are online when the WHOLE psn is down for updates or what ever and they are just lying

everyone ignore people who say turn off this reset that it wont fix nothing when sony turns it off they turn it off to fix things on the ps3

resetting ur router or pulling plug putting it back wont fix it it will stil be offline till sony fixes it
