This is pretty much what i was predicting a week after this mess wasn't fixed. SSo far I was srigh about it, since nothing was done before the Festive Sale ended. I hope I won't be even more right than I wanted to and they won't fix it at all and pretend it never happened.

Didn't say when the voucher would appear, he was going to email whichever team had to do it (the same team that were supposed to have been emailed a week ago when I phoned, he couldn't say why that didn't happen...)

i sent an email 4 days ago, have not recieved any anwser(from norwegian support). i guess i just might have to call them up to get some attention.

I did get a voucher from Sony.

I tried, but I can't still download my five minis to the PSP.

I'm only allowed to download five other minis.

So, getting a voucher isn't the solution for this problem.

It seems to be getting worse and worse, I am sure they would be making more of a effort to sort it out if it was a PSN Game or a Vita Download. But hey its just a cheap Mini right, no one cares, we have your money and you should have read the T&C's so its your fault.

So you can't choose the same games? Nice!

If you have a voucher, can you not create a new account and download those that you already chose?

It seems, from what the moderator said, that the voucher is tied to the PSN account. So no, it wouldn't work, if that's the case. And who wants to mess about with account switching on PSP anyway? It's a pain.

It's much worse than that. Even the "revised" T&Cs don't mention most of the problems people have posted in this thread. The offer is simply broken, Sony are well aware of it now, and appear to have no intention of fixing it for anybody. No real information has been posted by the moderator, only "advice", such as calling Sony's expensive support lines, and... actually, that was the only advice. And it didn't help, for anybody.

After watching this absolute disgrace unfold over the past couple of weeks, my mind is now made up about the Vita. I'm not getting one (or any other Sony products), and I strongly suggest that other people don't either. This whole thing is a perfect example of Sony's attitude to its customers these days. I'll be linking to this thread on the gaming forums I visit, as well as anywhere else where it'd be of interest (also, I've saved all the pages, just in case Sony (in their usual dishonest style) try to stop people seeing them for what they really are, by deleting this thread).

Good idea. I'm gonna save all the pages to PDF files right now. There won't be any sweeping under the carpet this time Sony.

EDIT: Done and done. I'll be posting a link to a complete PDF file later on.
