Judging by the fact that the number of new posts here each day is dwindling, maybe, Sonys "If we wait long enough it'll go away." policy is working!!!
On a positive(ish) note, I had a call from Sony on Friday and the person has "taken personal charge of my case." so at least I now get to deal with the same guy all of the time.
Like many others I suspect, I keep checking back here every couple of days, as the "network team" do not appear to be in any hurry to either keep me updated or fix the problem! I haven't posted for a while as I don't have any news
Personally, I am not interested in a refund, or voucher for 5 other minis. I just want the issue resolved and to get what I paid for - the ability to play the 5 minis that I bought on my PS3 and PSPs. Clearly it appears that I am setting my expectations to high, as here we are over a month down the line and it still hasn't been resolved. Most dissapointing Sony, very poor.

I'm fed up waiting now, about hearing how some of you have had PSN support taking personal charge of your problem. Why isn't this a group issue? Why don't we all have support members taking "personal charge"?
I've contacted PSN again but this time being very clear and concise with what I want - full refund and the games removed from my account.
I've got a photo of the T&C from when I bought the software and I'll take this further if they don't respond accordingly.

I wonder if sony would be more inclined to get a fix up and running if we started emailing idividual games publishers who are selling their games on psn
i.e. (to the publisher) Hi I was going to purchase game A,B,C that you have released on psn but now will no longer be doing so due to this fiasco 'insert link to this blog here' .
Could see some of the smaller publishers taking an intrest if enough of us do this. after all it's their sales sony is damaging with the inactivity.

I received a call from one of the support staff earlier, and as usual they're a really helpful bunch.
They informed me that the 5 games have been credited to our accounts as a good will gesture and they also said they could process a refund, and confirmed that for those with this problem, we will have a total of 10 minis. I feel confident that this will eventually be resolved. I declined the refund for now.
It seems like things are progressing the background. I only wish that we are kept fully up to date on this via email or these forums.

I received an email this afternoon saying they'd tried to contact me (they hadn't), and to call them if I wanted to discuss! Spoke to a helpful chap who (once he'd read all the notes on his system) confirmed that for the inconvenience they were giving us a voucher to download 5 different minis for use on the psp only. Once the network team fix the known problem, then we'll be able to use those 5 originally purchased minis on the psp as well. He said that they did not know when the issue would be resolved, so these 5 additional minis were to keep us going!
I've just logged into my account on the psp and found (in transaction management>services list) a voucher entitling 5 pic n mix minis. Now just need to decide which ones to choose this time around.
So, as mentioned above, it does seem like things are (finally) progressing, albeit rather slowly and with minimal communication. Feel happier, especially considering that the information I was told does seem to tally with what Jimmirock found out.

But that isn't what they told us the vouchers were for originally ... they said this was the fix ... either poor comms or just muddying the water to save face ... hmmm!

I am disappointed at how horribly Sony is handling a situation which should have been simple to solve.
I am aiming to collect all minis which have been released on the store which applies to my region (currently at 145/214). I am doing this with the expectation that I will be able to play them on my 5 PSP handhelds, my PS3 console and soon my release day PSVita as well as the possibility that they will be usable on future Sony system.
When purchasing the minis pick and mix pack it was clearly stated that the games would be usable on up to 2 PSP and 2 PS3 consoles which are activated with my system.
I don't want 5 new games which are going to be limited to just one system and the only way I want a refund is if it will also remove the 5 purchases from my account so I can repurchase them (although this is not desirable).
I want what I paid for and what was advertised by Sony.
Maybe the boss man laid off the development team to cut costs, maybe they outsourced to a country with bad quality developers who work for $1 a day. If that is the case maybe the following will help you in the right direction:
UPDATE psstore_packs SET activation_limit="0" WHERE pack_name="minis Pick & Mix"
Clearly some assumptions over the database structure there (and assumes that 0 activations = infinite) but I think I've put more effort into fixing this problem than you have.

All is fine and dandy, but I havent even received a reply to my e-mails, let alone any voucher. Isn't the regional customer support just wonderful?
Yeah, it's good to hear that things seem to be moving forward for you in the UK, but so far our local German customer support has done nothing to contact me whatsoever. I am just ignored by them and I got no compensation, no voucher, no information at all.
Right now they have the Final Fantasy deals in the shop that I was really waiting for for months, years even. I'll skip that now I know I can't trust Sony's ways of handling their DRM for download content, especially as I used to be quite wary of DRM of any sort. Sony just prove to me again that I should stick to DRM-free software only.
