Please help, my PlayStation Account has been hacked?

somehow someone hacked into my acount and changed the password so i cant get into my acount and he is using it as his own. i know this because i messaged my acount and he asnswered. He is threatening to steal my money. This is identity theft. I tryed calling PSN support but for some reason i cant get thre, keeps hanging up on me. Is there a way to have that acount permanently deleted off PSN before its to late.  I tryed reporting the account for stealing my identify but it never works   the account name is HYDRO_WALK92, please get rid of this. i asked him to give it back but he said not until i get him an account with WWE13 downloadable content on it which i dont have, please help

Hi there,

 

In this case if your account has been compromised you would have to call PlayStation support to remove the billing details and resecure the account.

 

Have a look at the page here which has the contact information for Europe and the territories and give them a call.
