Hi I am having some problems with my ps3. I tried to download call of duty black ops [FULL GAME] for £40 which is about 18G but every time I try to download it says I don't have enough storage space which doesn't make any sense because my ps3 is up to 40GB. Also the other reason why I am so annoyed is because I wiped my hole hard drive so everything was gone all my game saves, music, Videos, demo's ect but even now it still says there's no space.

If Anyone knows how to fix this problem please message me back. Thank You Very Much.

You'll need at least 36gb to download and install it. 

Check how much free space you have by going to Settings/System Settings/System Information.

Im also haveing the same problem with my 40 GB system , with anogher game which is 19 GB My system is saying that I have 29 GB free space. I also formatted my system and Im nsre what eles I cold format to create more space. is there not any way we can get help from Sony cstomer sevices ?? If so dose anybody have the phone nmber ??

Not sure what Sony support can do for you apart from tell you to get a bigger HDD.
