Ps3 controller won't charge

Hi, I've tried charging my controllers both ps3 dual shock, I have 3 USB two of which are brand new, I've tried resetting the controllers, all they do when I plug the USB in is flash once then go off for good.

Please help before I throws ps3 off a wall. Very irritating when it should simply charge!

Have you tried any PS3 safe mode options?

I had the same problem with both of my controllers. Try to take out the batteries and charge them externally. After a short period, put them back in your controllers and charge them on your ps3 or your pc. 

 

It worked for me :smileyvery-happy:
