In most cases a simple router reboot will resolve this error. I rarely do disconnect from the network can stay signed in for hours. If i do get disconnected it usually the 8002AD36 error.

I've tried everything from rseeboting my router I also reset my ps3 and nothing is working...

Im having the same issue and im with century link it seems its been happening since the last update

This is going to be a local issue as there are no wide spread reports of signing in issues.

Have you guys tried port forwarding yet?

i have just started receiving this message over the last couple of days!

it says

'you have been signed out of the PlayStation Network

error 8002AD36'

everytime i try to log in, it just displays the error, what can be done?

Try leaving both switched off at the socket for 5min the switch router on & ps3 last.
