No it is not a suspension code what a load of rubbish.
when that error pops up it means ur account has been banded or suspended i know i had the same problem many of times b4
In most cases a simple router reboot will resolve this error. I rarely do disconnect from the network can stay signed in for hours. If i do get disconnected it usually the 8002AD36 error.

This is going to be a local issue as there are no wide spread reports of signing in issues.
Have you guys tried port forwarding yet?

i have just started receiving this message over the last couple of days!
'you have been signed out of the PlayStation Network
everytime i try to log in, it just displays the error, what can be done?
