Ps3 slim will not load any games

I'm playing my 2k11 and it freezes and i reset the ps3 and it doesn't load any type of game i don't know what is wrong with it even my brand new saints row 3 will not read the disc icon spins for about 3 seconds and just stops and you see absolutely nothing ! i had this ps3 since 2010 and i had no problems until now. Is it the laser or something Someone can please reply it would be much appreicated

it does sound like a laser problem

does it play games off the hd?

you can get new bd drives off ebay but might be worth calling sony as not long out of warranty and they may do something for u
