Rented Film. Managed to watch half of it before it expired.

This is my situation so far: 1) Email Playstation Network support team on 24/06/12 to make a complaint, with the following information: I rented Sherlock Holmes Game of Shadows on Friday 22nd June around 7 pm. Was lead to believe that I would have access to view this purchase for up to 30 days and a maximum viewing time of 48 hours. I have barely watched half of this movie since Friday evening and have logged on this evening (Sunday 24th June) and it has expired and I cannot view the rest of this movie. Please explain why this has occured or if I mis-read the purchase terms and conditions.  2) Informed that I have contacted the US team and that I need to contact the UK support team. Email the UK support team on 25/06/12. 3) No response. Email the UK support team again on 26/06/12. 4) Again no response. Email the UK support team 28/06/12 5) Automated response stating that my email address does not match Playstation Network details. 6) Follow Instructions. Username and Password do not work. Follow instructions to get email account reset, informed that account is possibly disabled. 7) Email the UK support team again 30/06/12, get same automated response that my email address does not match their details. 8) Manage to log on to my account with the same email address I am contacting the PS UK network email support team with?!

Please can someone assist? I just want to watch the film in full or have my money back. So annoyed. Its my first purchase from the PSN, have had the PS3 for 2 weeks!

Please use plain text.

Hi ElementryLennon ,

If this has happened the best bet would be to contact support who will be able to reset the video for you to download and watch again (can be found here).

I'm not sure why this would have happened initially however? Have you had any connection issues in the past at all?

Always been quite lucky with connection on Xbox, PC and so far so good with the PS3 (except for my current complaint).

Will give your link a try. Thanks
