When I start-up Starhawk, it tells me to download version 1.01. So I did several times, and every time after 13 minutes of waiting, it says download unsuccessful at 99% completion. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I've tried shutting shutting down and restarting my ps3 and internet modem/router. I've also cleared up some memory on the hard drive just to be sure. I can play offline, but I didn't buy the game for only offline playing. I'd appreciate any help anyone can prive with this issue.

Hey, the 80710723 code is a network related error - few questions:

- What results do you get from the PS3 internet connection test?
- Do you have problems signing in to PSN?
- Have you attempted any port forwarding/DMZ'ing in your router's settings?

Connection test passes successfully. ~5 Mbyte Downl / 1 Mbyte Upl, NAT type 2. PSN connection works as normal as ever. I will attempt to see if it is the router settings that prevents the completion of the download. What are the optimal settings (temporary or not) for this to work? I've never had this issue with other patches and downloads. Thanks for the help.

Using DMZ did the trick. Thanks for the tip. I wouldn't have thought to try it otherwise.

Can you guys help me? I already tried everything I could find on the internet and nothing works! Having the same error when trying to update Dark Souls to patch 1.06.
