The funds could not be added to your wallet

Hi,

 

I just bought a card and I'm trying to add it to my account, and it goes to the there is $20 on this card screen, but when I select yes, it says it can't add it to my wallet.

 

What am I supposed to do?

Hi Merapho,

 

As it's dollars, you need to make sure the store is dollars as well, if you use a voucher card from a different territory it won't work. Where is the account created?
