Hi, I got Borderlands as a PSN download, and I am going to my friend in France,

My question is if I can 'bring' Borderlands with me on a usb stick or so, because he doesnt have internet so we can't download it on his PS3.

Is there anyway we can do this?

No, because that's game sharing.

With a disc you can, yes.

Not without deleting all the data on his hard drive.

Although I hardly go on my PS3 anymore, so I wouldn't know.

No, you can't.

You will have to BUY Borderlands on disc, FROM A SHOP.

in theory as long as you delete it of his hard drive before you leave it is ok. Whether it will let you stick it all on a stick I dunno, give it a go if you have one big enough. You can't copy it onto a disc direct from ps3.

This is why I like discs rather than DLs.

You can't do it without downloading it again from the store and like Michelle said it's not game sharing as long as it's not left on your friends machine for him to play on his account when you leave.

I think the way he's talking about it, it's more of a grey area concerning game sharing. As he does not own the console, it can be considered game sharing, but if he does delete the game data before he leaves, well......
