Trophy data not mine?

Hi,

 

I have just got a new ps3 due to my old one breaking and my boyfriend played games signed in under my profile (as its set to auto sign in) and gained trophys of games ive never played

 

I dont want these on my profile as they are not my trophies

 

Can i get them removed? or remove my account so i can start again? or be able to get a new account one but at the same email as i dont use any other email addresses.

 

Really annoyed at the face nobody can be contacted either, so difficult to get in touch with anybody

Trophy data on an account cannot be deleted I'm afraid. What you could do if you want to start afresh is go to account management here, and change the sign in email address to that of another email address you have. (Set another up if necessary). Then you can create a new PSN ID on the old email address.

 

 Note that you will need to add a new user to the PS3 and copying saves will stop trophies working. Effectively you'd be starting again. 

 

 

If you never want to use the account again, you can call customer support who will suspend the account for you, however you should change the email address first as after suspended, you can't do anything to the account.

Thanks for the reply, Thats stupid, its not my data i should be able to remove it

 

so ive now had to create a new account, and getting the message

"Your Sony Entertainment Network account requires additional information to access the PlayStation®Network. Please go to Sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/account/ and update your account, then try again"

 

Ive created an online ID pin  password and included all details appart from card  information, and nothing and the link to go to is invalid

 

Any ideas on why this messages ocmes up

Try going to the account management link I sent you. and hitting manage account.

sorted, had to change my online ID on my PS3 as the one i created on my comp wouldnt change
