Unable to use PS store at all

Please help me with this, I've been talking with EA games for an hour trying to figure out how to fix this, and they were no help at all. 

I contacted EA since I needed to re-download my redeem code for BF3. I had to re-download it since Sony's PS3's are crashing, a lot... I'm on my third PS3 now. My problem is that I cannot deactivate my previous PS3 since they're dead. So I cannot use my PSN account to buy new games, download or anything. Please help me!

PSN uses EirikE
