So I just installed the VidZone 2.04 update, and won't get past the logo screen. it does, but it goes blank and i can't do anything.

Can someone shed some light on this?

Go to the game data utility folder look for a Vidzone file and delete it. 

This sometimes happens after Vidzone update's it's worked for myself before, a guy a few post's down had the same problem earlier.

Unfortunately that didn't work. it still freezes. Any more solutions?

Have you deleted the install in the TV section aswell. Vidzone does have two instalation files the one in the TV section and one in the game data utility.
