Hi all,

I have a question.

My ultimate goal is to download a patch for Everybody's Golf for my Vita.

This download can only be done via WiFi.

I have a PC connected to the web via wireless modem.

My PS3 shares this connection via ethernet cable to get online.

My Vita is set-up and connects correctly with my PS3 for remote play.

But, I don't have a router hooked up to my PC for WiFi connection for the Vita.

So, I had a thought.

If my PS3 is online, and I have my Vita connected to the PS3 via WiFi, would I be able to use the WiFi connection on my Vita to download the patch?

I've just got the ad hoc party app. from the PS Store but I'm not sure that's helping.

Although I perhaps should play with that a bit more.

Seems logical that all the essentials are there, but I've had no success.

Is this possible?

Or am I trying to do the impossible?
