ok.. so i went to play wipeouthd last week and found it had 'become' the demo... i (think) i got this when i 1st joined plus, and chose to pick it with the fury add on and infamous as my welcome back pressies.. so after getting 2048 via 3g vita i thought i would fire wipeouthd/fury up on ps3, but no go... now strangely both the unlock key and wipeout demo have vanished from my download list, though fury and infamous remain.. 4/6/11 is the date i got these... on my services list it says wipeout full game entitlement.. dated as above, with no expiry date. Also (funnily ?) the option to download wipeouthd demo is no longer on the store, which is (imo) itself odd... But anyway i did hear that 'owners' of wipeout on ps3 would get free dlc for 2048 on vita, i have 'heard' it's both expensive and sometimes lenghty to resolve this via cust services, and am hopefull that i can get it fixed here.. But, is it a plus problem or a welcome back one ?... well, with the Fury dlc And infamous game Still in their correct position on downloaded list i would say it's plus related.. i joined 1st day.. (1st hour, lol.) and am/have/will always be a member... Hope i have given enough info and someone can help, Thanks.

Try searching using the search bar for "wipeout" on it's own. There's multiple versions of the game on the store so it may simply be another version you have.

Have used the search function and wipeouthd and wipeouthd-fury Do show up.. But not the demo that used to be available... And was on my download list.. as i said above though my problem is the full game (wipeouthd) unlock key has also vanished off my downloaded list, But the Fury dlc remains. though thats another problem as i have just bought my new (yearly) ps3 so really need the full game entitlement which my services list says i have owned since 4/6/11, the 'welcome-back freebie i chose... i think its defo a mix up involving plus, as i am sure we got the wipeouthd game, and in 1st month of plus to.. so because i went on to own it (wipeouthd) c/o welcome-back, then thats 'probably' the cause of my missing downloaded list content.. am just not really wanting to try to resolve this through a telephone call that may cost more (£6.99) than the game, i asked on ps-blog about it and James G said to post here and MB or SFZombie 'may' be able to right it...Never the less though, i appreciate your reply.

If it's definitely not there, you should call customer support. The fact it appears in your Transaction history proves you have bought it, so they should be able to recredit it to your account to make it appear again.

WHY has this question been marked off as solved.., Does No-one bother to read All of a post before offering suggestions Or (cheekily,imo..) telling This forum that they've Solved another problem, or maybe give the impression of 'there goes (yet) another satisfied customer'. Well i am Not satisfied with this 'solution', ok, it may be the 'only' option. ie spend more money than the value of the game on a phonecall.. But i am More upset with James-G who 'advised' me to come here and ask/give all my info.. Rather than just saying... spend x-amount And waste ? time phoning cust-services.. Why ?... why not just tell me this on the ps-blog. Maybe to quell even more bad comments, from people who have ended up banging their heads against walls After 'trying' to get sense from cust-services.?.. that'd be my best guess. btw thanks to post above for reply.

And i am glad i have 'found' this site, as apart from my prob it Does seem to have good/genuine contributors.

You know what m8, i have exactly the same problem as u, got infamous n wipeouthd/fury as my welcome bk gifts, then same as u tried 2 have a random blast on it..... all i get now is a option to "purchase" the full game, i admit i havnt realy done anything about it cuz i got ps+ at the same time as psn coming bk online and i kinda forgot it was a welcome bk present n assumed it was because i stopped my ps+ sub but when i read ur post i realised that ur right it did just randomly change to a demo! If they do sort it 4 u let us know please

Did anyone get this fixed, i.e. wipeout hd readded to your pychase list/download list? I just spotted I have this issue too nd I'm not finding support helpful.

I chose it as my welcome back bonus, but have been told I need to re-purchase it as it was given as a gift and that offer is now closed. Their support stuff seem pretty terrible to me whenever I call.

Did you quote your download list to the person you spoke to, and highlighted the fact you purchased without an expiry date? If so, demand a supervisor and persevere with them until you get someone helpful.
Unfortunately, some support staff, like with all organisations are a bit useless, but there are some too who will help you in any and every way they can.

I might try again tomorrow then.  Yes I did quote the date it was purchased, and that it was a full retail unlock given as part of the welcome back promotion.  I also pointed out to them that the combined pack is no longer saleable in the store which is probably why its occured etc, but that I have the Fury expansion aswell as Ratchet Clank which were all part of the same store transaction on that day.

I will let you know how I get on the next time.
