I am having trouble downloading the new mw3 maps on my ps3 account. I have call of duty elite premium and yet it says (can not be accessed on this account) why am I getting this message? I have tried activating and deactivating but I still get this message.

Go on to the store (from the XMB) search for elite july drops (using the search function in the top right corner of the store), select the Elite July Drops file that DOESN'T have the region at the end (EN, FR etc)

Confirm the "purchase" and then download the Elite July Drops EN file(s).
