dlc collection

i downloaded Call of duty:modern warfare 3 dlc collection 1 and pay but got nothing when i try to use the code they gave me to use. i try 5 times and still nothing.    some help with this matter would be nice.

Where did you obtain your code? Did you but it in a shop or online? Also, posting codes online effectively gives them away rendering them useless if you haven't already redeemed them.
