Calm down, people. Nobody's losing any money here, it's just a problem with the servers not displaying certain pages properly.
If you're concerned about your purchases, you should check out the transaction list from Account Management on the PS3 menu (To do this, go to Account Management, then Transaction Management, then select Transaction History). It gave me some peace of mind at least, to see all my purchases still intact.
If you've bought something during the last 24 hours or so, you can check that list to see if your transaction was properly completed.

I was a bit confused about the whole fiasco at first. Though i dont understand everyone getting themselfs into a complete mess about it, because, as you say, the transaction management is still there.
Also, if you actually go into the store to look for the item you previously bought (as if you were going to buy it) it still shows that you have purchased said product (the small orange bag at the bottom of the icon).
I dont agree with all of these people saying that they have lost faith in sony or PSN or whatever, because like everything in life, something can go wrong and people can make mistakes. The people that work on these networks and fixing problems are only human.
Anyway, It did startle me a bit when i had no transaction list. I am just glad to know that it is not a problem with my individual account and there is information here.
P.S - (Sorry i had to use your comment to reply to. This is the first time i have used this problem/thread service and do not know how to post my own comment haha) I have every faith in Sony and PSN. They will fix the problem in time, as fast as they can. They know there is a problem and are working on it best they can. ![]()

cant see my list either.
I redeemed both my soul calbur DLC and FF13-2 and they didnt download.
its registered the codes as being used now I hope it pops up on my DLC list

I don't have absolute information that nobody's losing anything, but as far as I know, this is a simple problem with a few pages not loading properly. It's true that Sony should give us some updates here and there, though. I'm really anxious to get my Final Fantasy XIII-2 DLCs, and currently we have no timeframe for how long this will last.
THE_FORCE, can you access PSN Store and check if the games you've purchased have the orange icon on them? I can't access some of the pages on the PSN Store, though, and the search doesn't do much except give me blank pages so that might not help much. ![]()
EDIT: I used my FFXIII-2 codes after the PSN update and couldn't download them, now the codes are "invalid" according to the store, but they do show in the transaction list. I hope that's the case for everyone else too, that way they'll be downloadable as soon as we can access the download list.

WHY arent SONY responding to this!!! i dont agree with this one bit and i just cant believe they havent released any kind of statements on it
