My account is Plus, yesterday I bought Final Fantasy XIII-2, I wanted to download additional content from Redeem codes but guess I cant download it and cant see my download list.

I already tried it but when I do it for sound it says there's some error and doesn't work, and when I do it for video it looks like I have nothing connected, it doens't even load, it just stays like if nothign is conected for 30 secs and then backs to scart.

I wana download my FFXIII-2 content before i start it, guess i will play MGS instead.

I want it fixed in the next hour or so, otherwise i am gona KAMEHAMEHA someones ass

Same problem here, also having a major nightmare with the elite app for cod i paid for the membership, but cannot access the the extra entitlement and the website say i don't have the package, very frustrating

personally, i really dont think you need to update us unless, there is something to update us about, @ those who want updated, even if nothing has changed, why would you want updated?, let the tech guys do their jobs & get back to us when its fixed, we now know we havnt lost any content, so all we are really waiting on is to be told that the lists are available again, pain in the butt for some i know, but come on guys, they are trying to fix, i mean, its not like we have lost online play or anything like that

Same dasterdly problem here....Been 3 days to boot....

The heck is it exaclty? I tried:

1) Resetting my Card info

2) Resetting my e-mail ID to a new one

3) Resetting my router

4) Whispering endearing terms str8 through my PS3 USB port..

WIth no avail!

Plus I've read a similar post on this that was dated some time around 2010, same period as well (Jan - Feb). Seemed at the time it was a problem limited to the 60gb fatties, which is what I'm using till now.

At least a PS3 EU forum moderator should give some pointers / explanations towards / about it.

Thanks, I think most people just want to know we haven't forgotten about them.

This issue appears to be affecting a larger number of users then first thought so the urgency is high to get it sorted.

Will keep you all posted.
