Come on Sony can you please get this sorted I spend plenty of money with you and your not even communicating with us about this problem its a nightmare situation we want our games and you want more money just let us know what's happening and an estimated time things will be sorted no one likes being left in the dark now do they ?

I think it is very reasonable to be getting cranky at the situation. Sony has made the decision to leave the store open over the weekend a time that obviously increases the sales of movie rentals / purchases and game purchases all the while knowing that it will upset its customers. If Sony had shut the store I would have just shrugged and gone to the local video store instead thinking the PS store was functional I purchased a couple of movies only to spend an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't download them. Sony's business model is disgusting and they should be told so!

Haven't really been gaming on the PS3 since the hacking fiasco and since upgrading my PC my game time has been best spent on that. Came back this week with a copy of BF3 and went to dl the Karky pack and it wouldn't let me, contacted EA Live Chat and they told me to delete the game cache, did that and installed it again and clicked on MP and guess what? i can't download the online pass because of this bloody error when trying to get into my download history list.

PS+ user here btw.

No wonder i gave up on this brick, back to PC BF3.....

Same problem here too and I'm a PS Plus user as well

As WeaseL72 said, I also have a 2nd UK and US account that are not PS Plus and both work perfectly
