What I don't like is what many other people have said about the store still being up and sony quite happily taking our money but not letting anyone know there's a problem.

Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated. This has been an issue for three days now and the store will continuously take my money and still not provide me with the services I've paid for. I called customer services earlier and was given a useless answer that provided me with no information and there wasn't even a hint of an apology. I've never had an issue with Sony before but this is ridiculous. I can't stand the fact that I have PAID for a service that I will in turn, not recieve.I'm expecting some sort of compensation for this as it's ridiculous.

Also a non PS+ user and i got this problem, deleted my Game Data for NHL 12 and when i started it up and tried to download the Game Pass i got the error code. Awesome, just awesome.

i am very sick and tired of sony's accordance in this matter i had to find this thread from a mate after repeatedly asking @PlayStation @RabidWalker @Yaster @Envisager
on twitter i have yet to have even an apology for not being able to access content i have PAID for i find this extremely bad conduct and just pure rudeness I bet if this hit the news they'd be all over it straight away so I have emailed the BBC news channel with a full summary of the problem and also the lack of customer support be shown also sky news, and all the other news organisations I hope that they put this out a shame sony for the absolute poor show of support that sony are now renowned for.
they are quick enough to contact you with all this bull*****e spam and promotional crap but when it affects services which I HAVE PAID for it starts to really annoy me there are loads of us experiencing the same problem and yet nothing in the form of a blog post or anything to the matter.
i have now cancelled my vita in protest to this unacceptable behaviour on sony's part, if a network update is going to break a lot of peoples services they should not have done the maintenance

I'm PS+ Member and its the same story for me, I bought MGS HD Avatars and have not been able to download them.
Another theroy is that us that are having problems with our accounts have already been mirgrated to the new SEN system / Servers.
So until the PS3 update comes out to tell where to go for the download lists ect it gives us this error message.
That's the only thing that is changing which would cause this error to come up.
